Refund & Cancellation Policy

We explain the service and its fee before payment so applicants can make an informed decision.

Service fee

The ₹10,000 service fee covers screening, job coordination and Mumbai relocation support. It is not payment for a job. After payment, acceptance of written terms or commencement of service work, the fee is non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Situations where a refund may apply

Refunds may be considered for a failed, duplicate or unauthorised payment, or where Mumbai Job Company cancels before starting the agreed service. Any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

How to request a review

Email info@mumbai-job.com with the applicant name, registered mobile number, payment or order ID, date and reason. We may request reasonable information to verify the request. Approved refunds, where applicable, are normally sent to the original payment source within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to bank and payment-provider timelines.

Cancellation before payment

You may decide not to proceed before payment. Once payment is made, please refer to the rules above and the written service terms shown at checkout.
